Job opportunity for HR Manager at NoBroker Technologies.
Location - Bangalore
Responsibilities-
1. Manage the employee life cycle post onboarding.
2. Drive the productivity of a 6 member team in managing employee grievances
3. Onboarding, Grievance Management, Performance Management, Rewards, Exit and FnF settlement for a field workforce (sales & operations) will be the primary task.
4. Process improvement across the HR gamut will be expected from this profile.
Criteria -
1. 10th & 12th - 80%
2. Graduation -75%
3. Post Graduation -70%
4. Team Handling experience - 2 years
5. Good experience in generating daily reports on excel.
