We are looking for Asst. Manager - L&D (HR) with minimum 4 to 7 yrs experience in retail industry.
1. Responsible for identifying training needs from different departments.
2. Plan training interventions for the store team based on Training Need Identification.
3. Prepare and communicate the training calendar on regular basis and ensure all the training activities are delivered as per the training calendar.
4. Plan and execute the New Employee Induction program.
5. Prepare and maintain reports on monthly basis to track the efficacy of training imparted.
6. Supporting the effective on-boarding, stores and product training for existing store employees by creating effective training modules.
Work Location: Chennai
Salary: 3 Lac to 5 Lac CTC PA
Requirements:
1. Should have good experience in Learning & Development.
2. Should have been in the Retail Industry.
3. Minimum 4 to 7 years experience in Retail Industry.
4. Any Degree / Master Degree
