Job Description :
- Should be able to quickly understand existing application architecture, configuration and system landscape
- Monitor and provide support to workflows
- Analyze business processes and ensure compliance to controlled processes according to business requirement.
- Ensure that L2 support team are doing proper analysis of root cause and assist in efficient resolution of support tickets within agreed SLA
- Ensure that L2 support team maintain logs of all issues
- Coordinate with other support or dependency groups as applicable
- Handle any escalation from L1, L3 support teams.
