Role : Reconciliation Specialist - Analyst
Location : Ambattur, Chennai.
Shift : UK shift
Roles and Responsibilities :
• Perform account reconciliation of receivables/ payables
• Ability to reconcile Corporate, Treasury and bank accounts
• Audit, balance and reconcile daily cash postings, credit card settlements, and check
deposits
• Prepare a monthly bank reconciliation for daily operating bank accounts
• Research and resolve reconciliation discrepancies
• Prepare to adjust journal entry to correct the appropriate general ledger accounts
• Worked in payroll and accounts payable
• Prepared quarterly and monthly performance reports
• Developed a series of spreadsheets and reports that made the reconciliation process more efficient and accurate
Technical Expertise: • MS-Office,
• Typing skills – 25 WPM
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous banking experience
Experience: 1.5 - 3 years
