6.  Expertise in Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting, Interview Scheduling, Offer Management and post offer Management.
7.  Proficiency in understanding market intelligence and present data on a regular basis.
8.  Proven track record in handling Senior Level hiring.
9.  Good Communication Skills.
