• End to End Recruitment life cycle experience, past hiring experience in Pharma/CRO companies is an added advantage.
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent multi-tasking skills and good communication skills.
• Job Posting in Various Job Portals like Monster, Naukri job
• Initial screening of candidates to judge communications and background
• Conducting Preliminary Interviews with the candidate and select the right candidate.
• Negotiating the Salary according to Company Standards.
• Follow-Up the short-listed Candidates till they join the Company.
