We are having an Urgent Opening for the position of Lead - Unit HR & Admin | with Leading Manufacturing Industry, Chennai
Job Purpose
Implement HR & IR systems and manage employee welfare, skill building and engagement initiatives at the manufacturing unit to maintain harmonious IR climate; ensure adherence to legal & statutory regulations, wage settlement and overall discipline within the unit; Oversee overall administration of contractor management
Primary Responsibilities
Role Requirements / Specifications
· MSW / Post graduate diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations
· 5 -8 years of with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry
· In-depth applied knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances
· In-depth applied knowledge of various aspects of workforce management e.g collective bargaining, welfare & engagement, discipline management etc
· Sound understanding of leading HR practices and processes at manufacturing units
