Position / Designation: Manager (Human Resources)
Qualification: MBA (HR) / MSW / PG Diploma in HR & IR
Experience Required: 8-10 years of relevant experience
Brief Job Description
- Knowledge on HR systems and databases
- Knowledge of labor relations and applicable union contracts
- Effective & Efficient Administration handling, HR resources plans and procedures
- Experience with HR software, like HRMS etc.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment life cycle and ensuring adherence to the process including employee recruitment and retention, employee development, conflict resolution, benefits and compensation, HR records management, HR policies development and legal compliance
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs on regular intervals
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliances throughout human resource management – PF, ESI, Gratuity & Bonus
- Managing legal cases in consultation with the advocates and senior councils and liaising with Govt. Authorities; addressing & resolving IR issues & formulating suitable policies to build & maintain employer-employee relations
