We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to develop the business for Bangalore ,

Primary job responsibilities will include:

1. Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory and target setting for the sales team.
2. Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization
3. Monitoring sales team performance, analysing sales data, periodical forecasting

Requirements -

1. The candidate MUST be from a transportation/ trucking background. (The candidate can be from a Logistics background as well, provided he has a knowledge about trucking routes PTL and air shipments).
2. Qualifications-MBA/PGDM.
4. Job Location: Bangalore,Karnataka,India.
5. Relevant Experience : 2 year+
