Candidate should have good knowledge in MS office, especially Excel and ppt. capable of handling the union operators and contract employees independently.
Job Description
- Employees payroll management including Contract labours
- Statutory PF, ESI and Bonus for all employees
- Maintaining all types of statutory registers and forms
- Time office management
- Apprentice recruitment & management and liasoning with apprentice government agency
- Leave and attendance management
- Coordinate with manpower contractors to provide manpower.
- Biometric verification of Contract manpower
- Maintaining contract manpower master
- Coordinate with contractors for proper bill submission and verifying it.
- MIS report Management
- Liasoning with local government agencies
- Completing exit and entry formalities
- Coordinating and conducting safety and canteen committee meetings
- Maintaining good filing systems.
