Job Description : 

• Screening resumes, shortlisting the candidates.
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
• Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process.
• Hands on experience in bulk hiring and end to end on boarding.
• candidate should have knowledge in jobs portals like Naukri, monster etc.

Required Skill set:

Master's Degree in Human Resource
Experience : 6 months to 2 Years in Recruitment
