1) Strong experience in contract management, Payroll, Vendor Management & Employee Lifecycle
2) HR operations for Off Role employees
3) Should have handled Contract employees in HR Operation
4) Drive 100% HR Compliances and Payroll & Labor compliances of vendor FTCs/FTE
5) Proactively audit the policy, processes and data related to Payroll, Leave, Full & Final Settlement processes and ensure audit readiness.
6) Experience - 3 to 4.5 Yrs
7) Job Location -- Bangalore
