Exp: 2 to 5 years/CTC: 6-8 Lacs/5 days working
Roles and Responsibilities:
•Responsible for 50% Recruitment and 50% core HR activities.
•Facilitation of recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process by collating data and maintenance of DB.
•Candidate with preferred hiring background would be an added advantage.
•Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health, and medical insurance.
•Maintenance of HRIS and leave records through the software
•Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employee
•Preparation of Payroll inputs.
•Facilitating newcomers joining formalities
•Maintaining and regularly updating the master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee in the HR module of HRIS software
•Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have by collaborating with the management.
•Complete exit formalities for resigned employees
•Should be ready to sporadically come to the office. WFH is only 2 days a week now, and not complete remote working.
