Job Description
- Good communication skills
- End to end Project management
- Support in preparing presentations, high level agenda for meetings
- Well versed in MS excel and PPT handling and correspondence directed to stakeholders
- End to end headcount, project agreement/contract management and good in stakeholder management
- Posting of requirements, scheduling interviews, following-up with HR and closure till recruitment and release of offer letter
- Budget Management- Responsible for tracking and reconciliation of Budgets
- Understanding of client invoicing process time entry process
- Ensure all the incorrect cost of Billing employees is moved to respecting Billing project IDs
- Filing of expense reports for leaders and ensuring proper compliance for expense category used for entire team
- Managing logistics travel and visitors or any other adhoc support activities
