We @ UnionSys Technologies are hiring for Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant for Bangalore locations.

Experience : 4+ Years
Work Location : Bangalore

Job Description:

• Candidates with 2 - 4 years of relevant experience on HCM Applications with at least 2 end to end implementation experience on Cloud HCM.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud HCM technologies including PBL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas,BI/OTBI Reports, HCM Data Loaders , Spreadsheet Loader , knowledge on OIC and Apex is a value add.
• Experience in working on onshore-offshore model is preferred
• Technical Experience in building Reports , Interfaces and Conversions across modules - Global HR , Payroll , Benefits ,Compensation and Talent Management.·
• Excellent Communication skills , to be able to work independently· 
• Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex Technical issues/problems.·
• Cloud HCM certification is preferred.
