Roles and Responsibilities
1. Filling roles and hiring for teams: Partner, Customer and Operations and Non-Executive roles
2. Maintaining KPI's for all team members
3. Maintaining Attendance and Punctuality records
4. Maintaining payment cycles for salary
5. Planning team activity, team lunch
6. Orientation + Training + Team Allotment and Team leader allotment
7. Conducting initial rounds of Interviews, including telephone interviews and in-person interviews
8. Designing material and Interview process including and not limited to test material, questions that highlight relevant and key skills
9. Creating an on boarding or joining form for new employee's to collect relevant data
10. Responding to all career related or placement related emails and calls
11. Maintaining employee records and documents
12. Handling relieving process and layoff-related formalities
Requirements
1. Excellent Communication Skills
2. Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduation in HR
3. Previous start-up experience is a plus
