• Total 1+ years' experience in the field of IT/Non-IT Recruitment
• Manage the sourcing, interviews, closures and other hiring activities for all the IT positions of our clients.
• Candidate should have depth understanding of end to end recruitment cycle with exposure to different IT skills
• Exceptional interpersonal relationship and verbal skills; including phone and in-person presentation skills.
• Source and recruit potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri, Indeed and Monster etc.)
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
