JOB DESCRIPTION

- Understanding and analyzing the client’s manpower requirements in different skill set categories.
- Posting of job on the job portals, websites, blogs and other discussion forums
- Experience with sourcing techniques like Referral , Direct Sourcing, Networking, Mass Mailing so as reach out a maximum qualified pool of candidates.
- Using Online Database (Job Portals) & Offline Database find out technically fit resources
- Telephonic Screening of the profiles, checking for Technical Fitment, Behavioral Fitment, Stability
- Conducting preliminary interviews as specified by client
- Scheduling of Interviews of the candidates in close co-ordination with client HR
- Maintaining and developing candidate database and trackers
