> Responsible for relationship management through the entire employee experience life cycle
> Responsible for creating strong and empathetic relationships with all alumni graduates.
> Promoting the company’s brand at University level events.

Experience

> Excellent relationship building skills.
> Ability to influence and persuade and manage difficult conversations
> Good Financial Products knowledge across investment banking and the wider financial services sector.
> Undergraduate degree in business or another related industry highly desirable.
