- Calling & scheduling the candidates for the interviews.
- Screening and Identify candidates according to the Job requirement
- Prepare Job Posting Content for Job Boards & Social Media platforms.
- Ability to work in a team and handle the pressure
- Must possess good verbal & written communication skills
- Dynamic/ Go-getter/ Smart/ Energetic / Good Attitude/ willing to learn
- Schedule appropriate training sessions
- Prepare training materials such as videos and presentations
- Train and guide new employees
