The Challenge is to help hire key management folks, who shall be reporting to the CEO
Also, the Recruitment process and teams has to be galvanised to meet key objectives

• BE preferred + MBA from a good institute
• 10-20 years in HR , Talent Acquistion in a World Class Organisation
• Can handle ambiguity
• Very high energy level
• Very strong on systems

Salary : Rs 30-40 la per annum
