Hiring for Senior Talent acquisition specialist/Senior Executive HR (Female).

Experience: working for 4+ Years of experience in recruitments into entry/lateral level positions and been into bulk hiring atleast 2 years into insurance domain

Roles and responsibilities::

• Handling End to End Recruitment & expertise in Insurance/BFSI Hiring.
• Client communication/Vendor Management.
• Corporate communication.
• Good communication skills (Verbal & Written), Strong interpersonal skills and ability to take ownership and multitasking.
• Managing end to end recruitment for the Pan India level, Expertise in channel based hiring.
• Recruitment of Sales Managers, Branch Managers, Area Heads, Cluster heads, Preferred Vertical (RM Head & RM) and other selective Manager & above category in co-ordination with the respective stake holders.
• Submission of periodic MIS to the concerned.


Local Bangalore folks will be preferred. Should speak Kannada (Mandatory)
