Position Description
- Coordination with Units (HR team) and Vendor for Payroll and HRMS related activities.
- Experience in processing the payroll with multiple locations setup - Attendance & Leave management, etc. •Experience in handling Statutory processes like PF, ESIC, Statutory Bonus, Minimum wages, Gratuity management (maintaining records, coordinating with LIC,
- Should have experience in working on any HRMS systems. Exposure to implementation of HRMS will be added advantage.
- Checks on process deviation and identify gaps.
- Publish MIS on various data points to bring continuous improvement in processes.
- Ability to think on Process improvement and automation of activities for better efficiency.
- Visit units to handhold on the systems and help clarify the issues faced by unit HR.
- Audit the process followed by the Unit HR and ensure there is no deviation.
