NP : Immediate to 10 days 

3+ years of experience on Performance Management System and Succession Planning projects.

- Should have done at least 2 - 3 implementations in PMGM and Succession Planning.
- Implementation, project experience with HR technologies, Support, process engineering/ re-engineering and documentation
-Knowledge of PeopleSoft is an added advantage
