Responsibilities:
- Understanding the Client's and Company requirement and sourcing, screening profiles from various sources that suit the client's requirements.
- Sourcing/Data mining from various Job Portals.
- Briefing Candidates regarding the Job Description, Company Profile and Career Perspective.
- Screening application by conducting the preliminary telephonic interview.
- Scheduling the interviews for the short listed Candidates.
- Sending Interview Call Letter and make sure that the Candidates attend the interview.
- Taking the feedback from the Candidate regarding the Interview.
- Follow up until the candidate gets on board and closures have been made.Maintaining database of candidate called, rejected and offered for future requirement.
- Maintaining resume databank and weekly, monthly backup.
- Correspond with job applicants to notify them of opportunities and perform initial phone
- Screening.Ensure availability of back up resources in the event of candidate back-outs for key positions or
- any emergencies Co-ordination for walk-in drives Interacting with hiring managers/Tech Panels, customers.
