Recruitment:

● Attract & hire the right talent and perfect fit for the role and the
organization.
● Preparing Job descriptions.
● Post Recruitment- Induction/orientation for new employees, explaining the
organizational work culture, policies and procedures.
● Joining formalities and documentation to be taken care of.
Employee Relations:
● Come up with out of the box, creative employee engagement activities.
● Ensure employee morale and motivation is always high.

Operations & Admin:

• Ensure adherence of all organizational policies
• Maintaining employee records.
• Managing payroll, attendance, salaries, etc
