- Recruitment & Selection, Joining Formalities
- Monthly Attendance checking & inputs, Leave Records & Management
- Exit Formalities & Full & Final settlements
- Training coordination & Implementation
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation, Induction schedule for new joiners
- Employee benefits records & Maintenance.
- Assistance in annual performance appraisal
- Employee Engagement Programs & Team Building Activities
- Prepare HR data, reports and MIS as needed
- HR Operations & other duties as assigned by management
- Campus Recruitments
- Labour Welfare and Statutory Compliances
- Planning, policy- procedures and implementing
