Job Description:

• 5+ years IT Experience in Software Testing, Test Management.
• Knowledge of Testing in Oil and Gas Industry domain.
• Work with client teams to align on testing plans
• Good verbal and written communication skill.
• Knowledge of HP ALM, JIRA and Test management tool. Knowledge of Agile delivery
• Good at Defects management, Triaging defects call. Prioritization of Testing delivery.
• Coordination and facilitation of Systems Integration testing with Project teams, UAT testing with Business teams.
• Updates key stakeholders with appropriate tracking metrics and status updates on a regular basis.
• Monitors the Test execution process for quality testing and accurate results.
• Drive Testing Productivity, e.g. through automation of testing activities.
• Ensures that there is a disciplined and consistent and robust testing approach
• Monitors and executes progress against the project plan.
• Tests sign-off and approval coordination with deployment managers.
• Proactive handle the situations, escalation of risks and issues during testing.
