Experience required 5-10 years into Corporate Sales/ New Client Acquisition. Preferably from HR industry.
Location - Gurgaon.
The main objective of this role is to get track and get new business opportunities for all lines of business and manage the key accounts. This role is crucial as this ensures wallet share extraction from large clients across the company
1. Responsible for overlooking the complete business development cycle - cold calling to collection
2. Cross-selling and Up-selling for all LOBs
3. Ensuring sign-ups with clients using pricing framework
4. Tracking new projects, sensing new changes in the market & contributing to evolving new business models
5. Collating inputs of client specifications and presenting them to the delivery team and ensuring smooth transition of assignments
6. Gathering and analyzing data regarding market pricing and products for the business/region
7. Responsible for increasing wallet share from new and existing accounts across all LOBs, build /nurture/grow a strong network of people/channels (internally and externally) for lead generation.
