• Demonstrated experience with Human Resources metrics
• Hands on experience towards end to end Recruitment solutions.
• Sourcing, Evaluating and Closing candidates within the given time frame.
• Excellent in taking Telephonic or Face 2 Face Interviews.
• Sourcing skills from various Job portals like Monster, Dice, Naukri, Indeed & Other sources.
