- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices & Policies
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Demonstrated experience with Human Resources metrics
- Hands on experience towards end to end Recruitment solutions.
- Sourcing, Evaluating and Closing candidates within the given time frame.
- Excellent in taking Telephonic or Face 2 Face Interviews.
- Sourcing skills from various Job portals like Monster, Dice, Naukri, Indeed & Other sources.

- Excellent Communication Skills, Organisational and Time Management skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks understanding the business needs.
- Ability to identify and track dependencies of workforce management.
