- Understanding of Network Services: FTP, QIP/ DNS/DHCP,
- Directory Services, Authentication – Kerberos (LDAP), Active Directory
- Autosys – Scheduling, Monitoring and Troubleshooting
- Server/Application Monitoring
- Application/ Package Management
- Server/OS/Application troubleshooting
- Ability of work in Critical Infra environment – Multi-tasking/client interface
- Change Management
- Incident Management
- Ability and willingness to learn and work on mix of technologies
