• Other industry experience also considered if the Candidate is good in communication.

• Keyboarding skills with 35 WPM / 90% accuracy.
• Good understanding of telephone etiquettes.

• Shift Timings & off- 5 days schedule with rotational shift and off. [Predominantly nightshift]
