JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent
• 10+ years in project management, solution architect, requirement gathering and support function

Certifications: -

· ITIL
· Scrum Master
· PMP (is plus)

Key Accountabilities:

1. Project coordination and implementation of API Webservice “Sales Data Capture Solution”.
2. Ensure delivery of projects as define by Business MBOs
3. Stakeholder Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Risk Management and Contract & Vendor Management across the project lifecycle
4. IT Project documentation governess maintain document control, database management, track project activities, reporting and team communication
5. L1 operation support for applications like SOA APG & Tenant Portal
6. L1 support to Group Retailers
7. Daily, Weekly and Monthly Project status meetings with management and retailers
