GBU/Region/Function: Marketing / Medical Sales
Department: Marketing
Location: Navi Mumbai
Responsibilities:
• Assist with OTC & E-commerce projects, including ideation and data gathering, and following through to ensure projects are moving forward in a timely manner
• Provide updates and other reporting as requested on key initiatives, customer/market trends, and competitive intelligence.
• Manage trade shows, events, website updates, PR/social media for key initiatives. Evaluate the effectiveness of communications and recommend improvements.
• Act as product expert. Ensure product knowledge throughout sales, customer service, training manager and technical and business development community is maintained.
• Support sales efforts for top line sales growth via sales tools creation and promotional program creation and implementation.
• Provide sales staff with comparative product analysis, competitive product and marketing strategies, and feature and benefit summaries.
• Develop content for marketing communications and design in coordination with global teams to ensure brand guidelines are adhered to and the messaging is consistent
• Assist with new product launches and trainings
• Support medical education programs and KOL management & Doctors engagement activity.
Education & Experience:
• B.Sc./M.Sc. or B. Pharm / M. Pharm with MBA in Marketing from a recognized university.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience in healthcare industry
