• End to End recruitment cycle of ACZ.
• Will be responsible for front-end recruitment activities
• Should be able coordinate with Team Lead to understand requirements and Work on job specifications as per the assigned requirements.
• Should be smart enough to handle requirements simultaneously.
• Focus on sourcing quality resumes through head hunting, Job Portals and Social Networking Sites.
• Efficiently manage Recruitment process and actively involved in each phase of it.
• To communicate effectively and work with team members and managers at all levels.
• Understanding of the latest technology knowledge .
Experience (in years): Min 2 yr- 4 yrs.
B.com / M.com only . If BBM/MBA – they need be with finance background.
