Graduate /PG/ UG
1- 3 Years  of recruitment experience

Desired Profile

Effective communicator 
Handling end to end recruitment 
Basic knowledge on requisition life cycle
Should be able to converse in any 2 Regional Languages 
(Kannada +Tamil/ Tamil +Malayalam / Kannada + Telugu)
Hands on experience with Recruitment tools / sourcing channels 
Strong knowledge on the stages of recruitment.
Work model – Contract 2 hire 
Preferred experience with BPO/ volume hiring
Should be able to join in less than a week.
