- Responsible for end-to-end hiring and having hands on experience in Teleslaes & Sales hiring.
- Responsible for driving the recruitment team and Provide guidance and support.
- Manage entire gamut of HR role, act as sounding board for the business, improve work environment to retain best and brightest, Work closely with CHROs on special projects.
- Build a robust employee engagement strategy and drive implementation of the same
- Provides proactive HR support on people development, performance and reward management, employee engagement, employee relations and recruitment.
- Supports to conducts disciplinary, grievance, and tribunal actions as required
- Drive regular employee connect programs for the respective location.
- Strong business partner, solution-oriented with ability to influence business leaders
Education Qualification: Post graduation in HR- MBA / MSW HR/ MA-HR /PDGBM.
Experience: 10yrs - 15yrs of experience in Recruitment and Business Partnering role.
Should able to speak local language - Kannada preferably.
