- Overall 5+ years of functional business analysis experience.
- Must have experience in:
- C&B - Benefits, Compensation,
- Time and Labor, Absence Management,
- Talent Management (Learning Management, Recruiting, Goal and Performance Management, Succession planning)
- Desirable-Any experience in Core HR & US Payroll / Global Payroll i (Middle east in Global)
Responsibilities:
- To Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle Cloud HCM
- Identify functionality Fit and gaps and develop solutions to gaps
- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud to meet client requirements
- Prepare Business/Functional Requirement Documents
- Looking for Chennai and nearby based candidates only who can join in 30-45 days Max.
