Hiring Assistant Manager HR for a leading Indian based manufacturing industry at Coimbatore Location.

Qualification: MBA/ MSW
Experience: 4-8 yrs from any manufacturing industries

• Should support HR transformation in all gamuts of HR – Talent Acquisition, PMS, T&D, Capability Building etc
• Should create Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for all HR activities
• Should improve Total Employee Involvement (TEI) – create cultural transformation in the plant
• Create a continuous improvement culture in the plant
• Should play a key role in Skill & competency development of the shop floor employees. Should identify the skill gap and organize for the requisite training by tying up with various skill development centers
• Responsible for creating a training calendar and rolling out training programs
• Should play a key role in creating cross functional teams thereby improving the shop floor culture
