2. You have worked in a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment role for over 10 years at a top-tier technology firm.
3. You (preferably) have a relevant post graduate degree (MBA/Masters in an HR discipline)
4. You have exceptional communication skills - written and spoken.
5. Considerable experience with myriad sourcing strategies including portals, ads, consultants, social networking, conferences, headhunting etc
