candidate should be locally available in UAE for F2F Interview

  • candidate should have Experience in both voice and Security
  • Experience in cisco IP Telephony network infrastructure  running 11.5 Call manager as well as 11.6 Unified contact center and IM Presence for unified communication
  • Configuring Call center IVR Script as per requirement, manage daily assigned ticket and rapidly resolve issues.
