1. Strong HR operations background of setting up systems and processes(hiring, competency across verticals- M&E, Research, Programs, Finance, Operations.

2. Strong stakeholder management skills- ability to work with CXOs, Founder and vertical heads to vertical hiring and org level decisions with respect to Human Resources Management.

3. Strong Org level initiatives like POSH training and Employee engagement activities. This is a lead role hence all and every org level HR decision will be taken by this person.
