Roles and Responsibility:
Manage the Customer calls in a timely manner for various reasons like answer inquiries, resolve complaints, requests and provide information.
Identifying customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
Primary focus is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of all conversations in database in a comprehensible way.
