• 4 to 8 years’ Experience in Cards (Retail Banking Domain)
• Minimum 2 years of Experience as a Business Analyst
• Education : Any Graduate or Post Graduate 

Skills Required 

• Prior Experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong Experience in Cards (Retail Banking domain)
• Hands on Experience with Vision Plus tool experience / V+
• Job Description 
• Gathering of requirements, Customer interaction, gap analysis& approach
• Creating process map, coordinate with multiple team for impact analysis monitoring and mitigating risk
• UAT Testing & verifying change in production environment 
• Additional Comments   
• Flexibility to work in any shift.
• 5 days working.
