We have an urgent requirement for HR coordinator- Talent Acquisition for one of our client in Chennai
Experience : 2-3 Years
Compensation : Upto 4.5 LPA
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with all external recruitment vendors for invoice processing, administration of business contracts and coordination with Vendor management team for all budget, spend related approvals and track budget utilization
- Maintain infant attrition data of new joiners
- Manage all recruitment related hard copy and soft copy files, conduct periodical and annual reviews
- Create recruitment related employee communications like all employee referral emails and recruitment campaigns
- Manage and publish key recruitment and onboarding MIS.
- Coordinate and Govern Internal team meetings and external meetings with recruitment vendors and business clients
- Support Talent acquisition partners by participating in skill team review meetings and present recruitment progress/ updates
Skills:
- MS office
- Data analysis and interpretation (tools like SPSS, Tableau, QlikView etc.)
- Stakeholder management
- Social media recruitment
- Experience in Camtasia, MS Publisher, Canva etc.
