- Hands on testing experience in Oracle CC&B (Customer   

   care and billing)

- Experience in Utilities industry to understand Energy, Gas 

  and Services domain

- Strong expertise and good knowledge of Oracle  

  Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) application inclusive of 

  3rd party app integration

 

- Experience in CC&B upgrades is preferable

- Experience in configuration and support of Oracle 

  Customer Care and Billing system is preferable.

- Strong knowledge on STLC processes – Test Strategizing, 

  Test Design, Execution, Defect Management, tracking and 

  reporting

- Good communication and customer interaction skills
