Position - HR Recruiter (Only for Male Candidate)

Education – MBA/PGDM

Experience – 1.5 to 3 years.

Job Role

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Responsible for managing end to end recruitment- sourcing, scheduling, follow-up &, etc.

· Understand the overall needs and hiring requirements and source resumes accordingly

· Significant experience in Recruitment and Bulk Hiring (Non-Technical & Fresher)

· Locating potential candidates through various job portals and social media sites such as Naukri, Linkedin, placement, Mass hiring, Bulk hiring fresher.

· Selling the opportunity to the prospective candidate

· Close position within given TAT Required Candidate profile

· Candidate should be open to work on multiple positions within given timelines.

· Maintaining employee database for each function with necessary details.

· Scheduling and Co-ordinating Interviews at all levels.

· Ensure smooth joining of selected candidates through constant follow up.

· Negotiating Salaries with selected candidates etc.
