5+ years of experience in configuration, Deployment and finetunning Sieble CRM "Siebel IP17, IP19.x hands­on experience Hands­on experience on Siebel " "a. Server installation b. Server configuration c. Migration task d. Upgrade activities" Experience in performance tuning 

"Experience in working with OS a. Linux b. Windows c. AIX" Experience in CTI setup and integration Experience in setting up and integration with Dialer (AVAYA) "Hands on experience on Siebel SSO integration a. Preferable with experience in Ping federate system" Preferable using Oracle Wallet "Knowledge on Oracle 19c database Experience in setup and integrating with IAM (Sail Point)" Hands­on experience on Secure LDAP integration Banking knowledge specially on campaign Retails and corporate domain experience

Education and/or professional qualification
Degree, Post graduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
