Hello L1 End-user/ Desktop support engineers based in the UAE, we have an urgent vacancy to fill in Dubai/Abu Dhabi (initially for 2 months in Dubai, post that will be deployed in Abu Dhabi).
MUST have expertise in HPSM and only those who can join ASAP.
Performing Incident investigation diagnosis and resolution.
Monitoring the progress towards resolution of assigned Incidents via HPSM Ticketing system
Managing and monitoring of backups in multiple locations.
Configuring Firewall policies
Troubleshooting technical problems and implementing solutions.
Providing maintenance support and break-fix solutions.
Managing and monitoring of backups in multiple locations.
Working on Active Directory accounts, the configuration of mobiles & laptops.
Installation and Configuration of desktop OS.
Liaising & meeting with external suppliers of IT services.
