-Data Modeling (OLTP and OLAP)
-Web Service/Micro Service
-Technical Lead for Product Deployed to Azure
-Technical Leadership for product with a Service Bus or Messaging Layer
-A Visualization Tool (Tableau, SpotFire, PowerBI, etc.)

Code Management
-Git repository experience
-Thorough understanding of branching and merging strategies

Testing
-Experience managing teams using automated testing tools (functional, load, and unit)
Dev Automation -Experience building an automated build process with automated test integration and automated deployment EDI
Dev Methodologies -Scrum -Kanban
